  • The focus here is on the offer of sales, implementation and software maintenance (in accordance with the requirements of SAP), support and assistance in the event of temporary necessities for optimizing the application solutions of ERP products from SAP AG.
  • HelpDesk and support for SAP® systems does not always have to come from the manufacturer. Experienced SAP consultants and specialists are also able to clarify the most common user or support questions. With the AGM assistance and support concept, we close exactly this gap between the operator / key user and the software manufacturer or their partner.

Seminar project services
Since 2003 we, AGM, have been authorized by SAP AG (SE) to offer seminars for SAP® software on our own, purchased hardware / software resources with productive character on a specially developed training client. The package includes the provision of the lecturer / trainer, the system resources and training documents (specialist literature).

Meanwhile, we have developed e-contents for the attendance seminars we offer in the classic SAP® module / core application segment in the form of e-learning contents and learning videos (tutorials / movie education) - which is in accordance with the market requirements and within the Blended Learning-Methods - and now we offer them to those interested in education (up to apprenticeship training and retraining participants) as a supplement to classroom instruction as a self-directed learning form by the participant.

  • The training client "TIAG", which we developed in-house, has an international character and is geared towards industry-neutral productive applications through to the planned and possible connection of e-shops to the various SAP® customers.
  • AGM offers its potential customers

    • open seminars in the extra-occupational segment
    • SGB / AZAV educational institutions

particularly in the small group segment (1 to 6 users), the opportunity to book seminars for SAP® software with us as part of our license volume contractually acquired by SAP SE.

  • We offer seminar project services in the SAP® segment in the course of project processes and developments as
    • subject-related attendance seminars
    • customer and release-related update / upgrade services
    • e-Learning-modules
    • virtual classroom (webinar)
    • movie education (educational video)

If desired, this can be supported with the assistance of online coaching from our SAP® service-/user-application support.

  • In line with market requirements, we are able to develop and produce educational videos based on customer needs in our own film studio. This can be done with our own or – for example, in the case of insufficient technical knowledge - also with suitable customer-specific tutors / movie lecturers.
  • The last listed e-content seminar products can of course also be purchased independently of inquiries and bookings of attendance seminars via the various forms such as rent and purchase (lifelong use). Our offers are available to potential customers 24 hours a day via our e-Shop connection.

The Seminararkaden® offer their educational services / educational offers / seminar offers with a wide variety of learning methods desired on the market, such as classroom instruction, virtual classroom, workshops, coaching, in-house training, webinars, blended learning and digital learning (e-content, e-learning and movie education / learning videos / tutorials).

  • Seminararkaden® – Our offers designed for companies and private individuals are characterized by a high degree of flexibility with regard to training locations, training contents and dates. The range extends from standard seminars in our training centers to in-house seminars and professional workshops, all full-time or part-time on evenings and Saturdays, as well as webinars and e-learning, according to the individual needs of our customers.
  • We provide our highly qualified and motivated staff for your demanding projects. This can be integrated into the project services from planning to application and support through to administration.
  • TIAG24 – We not only offer a wide range of seminar topics - most of which can also be adapted in terms of content - but also different learning methods.

In addition to attendance, full-time and part-time training, webinars, online coaching and web-based documentation, we have electronic, self-directed, supportive learning, short e-learning, e-contents and educational videos (tutorials) on our e-learning platform.

Of course, we also offer this for selected content as blended learning offers.

Development
We develop e-shop solutions (both offline and with a connection to SAP® software), learning videos (movie education) and e-learning modules (especially in the areas of SAP - business administation - management) according to customer-specific requirements. This also includes order programming (e.g. interface programming) or our “Master Data Recorder” program.

  • The ScoloSuite should be available to educational institutions as the central administration software for as much training contents, documents and participants as possible and should enable the necessary administrative activity (including reporting) from ordering a measure to billing. In this way, work processes can be streamlined, simplified and the previous maintenance work can be minimized.
  • An integrated e-Shop enables offers, payment processing and master data entry. After the complete implementation and use in our own group of companies, it is planned to offer this software to other educational institutions and medium-sized companies in the training segment, or to include it as a service in the AGM Group's sales spectrum.
  • e-Content-development – From company-specific software to, for example, basic business topics, the content is implemented in a multimedia, graphic and didactically sensible manner according to customer-specific requirements. Thanks to the various tools available from us, such as Storyline®, Adobe® Captivate® and SAP® WPB, your wishes and specifications for your e-content can be created and optimized in a multimedia and media-independent manner.
